How long for an order to ship?

May 1, 2022: Our current handling time is 7-10 business days due to high demand. You can also check our website's banner to see our most up-to-date handling time.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we do ship to some countries outside the US but not all. If you get an error at the checkout, then unfortunately we are currently not shipping to your country yet.
Note: we do not collect customs/import fees.
USPS international shipping takes around 7-21 business days. UPS shipping takes 3-21 days depending on location and shipping method.

I already paid for shipping, why do I have to pay customs?

We do not collect import/customs fees. This is set by your country and this money does not go to us or the shipping company. This is collected by your government. Each country has its own laws and regulations so be sure to check your local law.

This might come as an unpleasant surprise if you have never ordered any imported goods to your country before that's why we put this info on our product description and on our shipping policy to be transparent to our customers outside the US.

Can I pay extra money to get my order sooner?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any expedited handling time and we process orders on a first come first serve basis. You can choose expedited shipping option BUT your order will still be bound by our handling time...

We are in the process of increasing our production output and when everything is set up, we will be able to ship a lot faster!

I paid extra for expedited shipping. Where's my order?

I can help clarify this common misunderstanding!
Shipping speed is the amount of time it takes for the shipping company to deliver your order. Handling time is the amount of time we need to create and process your order.
Note: the extra money you paid goes to the shipping company and not us.

Do you offer any promo or discount codes?
We currently do not have any sales or promos...this is because we already priced our products competitively low compared to other legitimate brands and at a point that makes sense for our business and customers.

Single vs dual magnet mount for original black gunstock

The single (vertical) mount option is the default mount. It works with most weapons but not all esp some with ironsights and bolt action m40a5 in Onward. If you use holographic, red dot, or any other sight this option should work just fine.

The dual mount allows you to mount horizontally as well which gives you more headset clearance and it works with more weapon with ironsights. Ideal for gun game mode and games that uses a lot of ironsights like Pavlov
